I can only speak on the Tara Condos. I have been a resident since January 2023, and have had a wonderful experience. Just had a couple minor issues that needed maintenance, and they were handled in a very timely manner. Im leaving once my lease is up, but only because I’ve gotten married and am buying a home. I would definitely recommend the Tara Condos and Key Realty!
